How much will my taxi ride cost?

You can get a real time price request online through our booking page. Our prices are final.

Do you offer flat rates for certain routes?

All routes available online are offered on a flat rate basis. You can check all the routes through our booking page.

Do you have a child seat available for young children?

Yes, we do offer child seats free of charge. You can book them in advance during the booking procedure online.

Do you offer wheelchair accessible vehicles?

Yes, we do offer wheelchair accessible vehicles upon request. You can request this service online through our contact form.

Can I request a specific driver for my trip?

Of course you can, but there are no guarantees that your request will be fullfilled, as our schedule changes many times during the day.

Do you offer discounts for large groups?

Yes, we do. You can request online through our contact form.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept debit cards, credit cards and cash payments for "pay on arrival" reservations.

Do you offer transfer services to and from the airport?

Yes, we support all 3 airports of Crete. Heraklion, Chania and Sitia Airport.

Do you offer a meet and greet service at the airport or port?

Yes, our driver will be waiting for you at the customs exit, holding a banner bearing your name.

Can I request a specific type of vehicle for my trip?

Of course you can, but there are no guarantees that your request will be fullfilled.

Do you offer a luggage assistance service?

Yes, our driver will meet you and help you with the luggage both at the pickup and drop-off location.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes you can. You can do that online through our contact form or by email to info@cretanbaytransfer.com.

Do you offer a waiting service if my flight is delayed?

Yes, our driver will be waiting for you for as long as it takes until you arrive. It is advisable to call us in case there is a long delay on your flight.

Can I request a stop during my trip to make a quick purchase (eg. Supermarket shopping)?

Yes, upon request and with an extra charge. Contact us beforehand.

Are your advertised rates per person or per vehicle?

All our prices and quotes are always per vehicle and NOT per person.

Is the tip included?

It is at your discretion to provide tips. The choice is entirely yours.

How early do I need to be at the airport before my flight?

The check-in line opens two hours before the flight's departure time, so passengers must arrive at the airport two hours before departure. Please ensure that the date, time, and location on your confirmation is accurate in order to ensure that you arrive on time.

Do you offer nighttime transfers?

Certainly. Our company operates around the clock, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
